Went in for my puppy to have second vaccination jab, to then be told that they do not stock it and will have to restart her vaccinations. Now I don't see how this was my fault and when asked if im getting charged for this was told its part of a package at over 60 so yes i got charged for it. Not only that thinking about it now my puppy is now going to be over exposed to her jabs. Feel like you are just in it for the money and not the dogs health.
Fantastic vets. We had to take our dog here whilst on holiday and were so impressed. Every member of staff we spoke to was friendly, helpful and cared. He was seen immediately and without any fuss. thank you for treating me with such kindness and diagnosing Daisy quickly so we could come to a mutual decision. Thank you for letting me stay with Daisy until she fell asleep. I feel I made the right decision for her although to be honest I doubt she would have made the end of the month, if not next week. Im pleased she is now out of pain, as her spirit was plain to see except her body couldnt match it. Many thanks.
