Put car in for what should be routine touch up on paint for any good body shop. Car had to be returned 3 times in total as not done properly. Sat in forecourt for weeks before being rushed through. Because was a re-do i was told on phone that paying customers are seen first (even though i had already paid in full) After all that i am left with a split panel on rear arch due to only sealing face of panel, instead of ensuring was sealed within inner arch area, which i will now have to have cut out and welded back in at a substantial cost. Not what id expect from a reputable ford dealership.
